Homemade bacon is an incredibly rewarding project, and extra delicious when you start with our pasture-raised pork belly.


Each piece of pork belly is cut from the midsection of the hog. It contains a layer of rich, red meat and creamy pork fat. This is a fresh pork belly which means it has not been cured or cooked in any way.


There are many different ways to enjoy pork belly. It's excellent as pork belly confit or it can be sous vide with your favorite spices and then sliced and cooked in a pan for breakfast!

Each package of Plum Rocky Farm pork belly weighs approximately two and a half pounds which is plenty for your next cooking project.


Fun fact: Our hogs spend their whole lives on pasture. They are often in wooded areas where they are able to root and roam to the heart's content. The diversity of food options in the pasture and Woodlands of our farm add depth to the flavor of the meat.
