Smoked Ham Steaks are cut from our applewood smoked Hams.
Each of our boneless hams is cut from the upper part of the rear leg of the hog. The lean muscle is surrounded by a thick, pasture-raised fat cap. The hams are uncured before being smoked, so no nitrates are added. The combination of the rich flavor of Ossabaw Island Pork with the smoke is truly perfection.
