We like to make patties for breakfast sandwiches on homemade biscuits, add it to breakfast casseroles and frittatas, or serve it alongside eggs and potatoes. A recent favorite is making our own pizza dough and using breakfast sausage crumbles along with eggs and peppers and onions as the toppings for a breakfast pie.
