Rose Veal short ribs are a delicate alternative to beef, and the perfect cut for cozy winter meals. 


Short ribs are cut from the midsection of the veal. Each piece consists of a rib bone surrounded by rich layers of meat and fat. The meat on a short rib can be tough but becomes fork tender with a low and slow cook.
