Tri Tip Steak -- Rose Veal

Tri Tip is a triangular cut of beef cut from the bottom of the sirloin. Tri Tip steaks are slices from this roast.

Named after its triangular shape with a tapered “tip”, tri tip might just be one of the most flavorful cuts of meat that you’ve never heard of.

Tri-tip is either sold as a small roast (the entire triangular cut from the tip of the sirloin), or it's sliced into tri-tip steaks.
