Ossabaw Island Pork originates from Ossabaw Island off the coast of Georgia and is a rare heritage breed.

The meat is far more saturated with color than conventional pork, appearing almost red. The fat is super unsaturated and has a softer texture than other pork fat. Unsaturated fats are an integral part of a healthy diet.

Our hogs are pasture-raised and allowed to root and roam in wooded lots for their entire lives. They are fed a GMO-free, organic feed in addition to feasting on nuts, seeds, and grasses. The resulting pork has a wonderful depth of flavor.
