Rose veal is a humane, environmentally sound way to enjoy delicate, tender veal.

Our veal comes from Jersey calves who live on pasture alongside their mothers eating a diet of 100% grass and milk for their entire lives.

The resulting meat is a darker color than traditional veal and has more marbling. It’s still wonderfully tender and has a delicious taste.

We raise our veal using regenerative farming practices including rotational grazing. This strengthens our soil and ensures that our farm is benefiting the environment rather than harming it.
