Our 100% grass fed Jersey or Jersey Cross Beef is the ideal combination of flavor, nutrients, and environmental stewardship.
Jersey cows are a heritage breed traditionally used for milking, but, when raised with care, they also make excellent beef with a rich, almost buttery flavor. Because this is not a traditional meat breed, the steaks and roasts are somewhat smaller than conventional beef steaks and roasts.
Our herd spends their entire lives on pasture eating a 100% grass diet. The resulting GMO-free beef is full of nutrients like beneficial omega-3 fats and higher levels of Vitamin D than conventional beef.
We raise our beef using regenerative farming practicesincluding rotational grazing. This strengthens our soil and ensures that our farm is benefiting the environment rather than harming it.
